GPT Module

mIQ GPT enables maintenance, production, warehouse, and management teams to perform tasks with a single command. Critical processes are managed securely and efficiently through approval workflows, security and role-based controls, and multi-platform support.

Execution of All Prompt-Based Transactions

In mIQ GPT, users can perform actions on the system using natural language commands (prompts). The “prompt-based” approach emphasizes the ability to accomplish tasks with a single sentence, rather than filling out forms or navigating menus. For example, when given the prompt “Schedule a production meeting for 2:00 PM and notify the team,” if the integration is available, a meeting can be created in the calendar and a notification sent to the team. Similarly, an instant report can be obtained with the command “Report the number of products Machine A produced yesterday.”

Starting Operations with Voice Commands

One of the standout features of mIQ GPT is its voice command support. For example, when a user says “Open scheduled maintenance” into the microphone, the system converts the command to text, understands the intent, and directly creates a scheduled maintenance work order within MES. Both speech-to-text and natural language understanding work together in this process. Voice command support enables hands-free operation. This feature is particularly valuable for maintenance and production teams working in the field.

Conversational Workflow Management

Users can also manage multi-step processes by talking to mIQ GPT. For example, they can convey sequential information in a single sentence, such as “Open a new work order, product code 1234, quantity 50, press line,” or enter it step by step in a dialogue with the assistant. The assistant completes missing information by asking questions when necessary (such as “Can you also tell me the delivery date?”). This creates a dialogue-based workflow without having to deal with forms. Additionally, mIQ GPT can trigger multiple modules in the background on behalf of the user to create a workflow chain. For example, it can first create a work order and then a quality control plan for a new product.

Conversion of Frequently Performed Tasks into Automated Workflows

mIQ GPT learns actions that users repeat and automates them. For example, if a shift supervisor issues the command “Send the daily report” at the end of each day, the system will eventually offer a suggestion: “Would you like me to automatically send the daily report every day at 6:00 PM?”. Once the user approves, this routine becomes fully automated and transforms into a scheduled workflow without the need to issue commands to GPT. This way, habits and routine tasks are recorded as workflows, saving time. Additionally, chained processes can be combined into a single command. For example, a rule can be defined as: “Update the production plan and pull materials when a new order arrives.”

Multilingual Support

The mIQ GPT assistant can understand and respond to commands not only in Turkish but also in English and other languages. Engineers and operators who speak different languages may be present in a factory environment; this feature allows everyone to use the system in their own language. Additionally, the interface language can be dynamically changed. For example, the MES screens can be switched to English with the “Switch to English” command. This allows a foreign technical expert visiting the factory to use the MES interface in English via the assistant.

Initiating Different Operations with a Single Command (Work Order, Maintenance, Shipping, etc.)

mIQ GPT's knowledge base and command set cover different modules of the factory. With a single-line command, the user can perform many functions such as opening a work order, reporting a fault, planning shipments, or querying stock. Processes that normally require separate screens or modules become a single experience in the GPT interface. The assistant recognizes the user's intent and performs the relevant action in the correct module in the background. For example, when instructed to “Withdraw 100 kg of raw material from stock,” it enters the record in the warehouse module; when instructed to “Arrange shipment for Customer X,” it creates a shipping document in the logistics module.

Assumption of Routine Tasks by Assistants

mIQ GPT automatically takes over routines that do not require human intervention by analyzing usage habits. For example, for a user who receives the same report every Monday morning, the assistant automatically performs this task and delivers the result directly. Similarly, if the maintenance team opens tickets for specific machines every week, the assistant can automatically create them according to the calendar. Thus, the GPT module becomes a proactive helper rather than a tool that only waits for passive commands. Leave routine tasks to mIQ GPT. This feature is activated with user approval, and only approved routines are automated.
