mIQ GPT is an AI-powered module that performs tasks in natural language within production operations. By integrating a GPT-based language model into the production system, it handles question-asking, command-giving, and workflow management through speech or text. It functions like a “MES assistant” in the factory: it listens to voice commands, understands written requests, and triggers processes on the MES. mIQ Planner is an AI-powered capacity planning module that makes production planning and scheduling processes intelligent. It analyzes production orders, inventory, labor, and machine capacities in real time to generate optimal plans. Going beyond ERP/MRP tools, it offers a flexible planning experience with “What-if” scenarios, AI recommendations, and dynamic updates. mIQ Anomaly is a submodule that detects anomalies in all operational data from production to energy, flagging unplanned downtime, quality defects, and energy waste in real time; when necessary, it automates model deployment using LLM-supported data science capabilities. Through deep integration with Retmes MES/PMS/MMS data sources, it collects, cleans, and applies data; deploys the model(s) as microservices; and converts outputs into actions via an alarm/rule engine.
mIQ Insight is an analysis and reporting module that enables quick insights from production data. It allows users to obtain information in a question-and-answer format using artificial intelligence and natural language processing applied to MES data.
